The posting

Buscamos um Consultor SAP BRIM para atuar na implementação, evolução e sustentação de soluções SAP BRIM, com foco em processos de billing, pricing, charging, invoicing, contratos e gestão de receitas, atuando na interface entre negócio e tecnologia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Levantar e analisar requisitos, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções funcionais no SAP BRIM;
  • Atuar no desenho e evolução de processos de pricing, charging, billing, invoicing e gestão de contratos e receitas;
  • Analisar integrações entre SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA e demais sistemas corporativos;
  • Elaborar especificações funcionais, documentação, cenários de teste e materiais de apoio;
  • Conduzir testes, homologações e apoiar a resolução de incidentes e problemas complexos;
  • Interagir com áreas de negócio, times técnicos, arquitetura e demais stakeholders;
  • Propor melhorias e soluções estruturais para evolução dos processos e sistemas.
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida como Consultor SAP BRIM em projetos de implementação, rollout, evolução ou sustentação;
  • Experiência em análise funcional, desenho de soluções e elaboração de especificações;
  • Conhecimento dos processos de billing, charging, pricing, invoicing e gestão de contratos/assinaturas;
  • Experiência com integrações do SAP BRIM com SAP S/4HANA e/ou outros sistemas corporativos;
  • Experiência com testes, homologação e resolução de problemas complexos;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar com áreas de negócio e equipes multidisciplinares;
  • Perfil analítico, consultivo, proativo e orientado à resolução de problemas;

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em serviços por assinatura ou modelos de negócio recorrentes;
  • Conhecimento de processos Order-to-Cash (O2C);
  • Experiência com Subscription Billing, Usage-Based Billing ou Recurring Revenue;
  • Vivência em ambientes ágeis e times multidisciplinares;
  • Certificação SAP ou especialização em SAP BRIM.
