Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) Especialista de IA Sênior para desenhar, construir e escalar produtos baseados em Machine Learning e GenAI. Você atuará próximo(a) às áreas de produto e tecnologia, em uma empresa em crescimento acelerado, com autonomia técnica e espaço para experimentação.

  • Desenhar arquitetura de soluções de IA ponta a ponta (dados, modelos, APIs).
  • Desenvolver, treinar, avaliar e colocar modelos em produção.
  • Implementar pipelines MLOps e monitoramento de modelos.
  • Atuar como referência técnica em IA para o time de engenharia e produto.
  • Conduzir POCs e experimentos com GenAI, LLMs e modelos foundation.
  • Garantir boas práticas de segurança, ética e governança em IA.
  • Colaborar com stakeholders para traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções de IA.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Sólida experiência como Engenheiro(a) de IA / Machine Learning / MLOps em nível sênior.
  • Domínio de Python e principais bibliotecas de ML/Deep Learning (p.ex.: scikit-learn, PyTorch ou TensorFlow).
  • Experiência em colocar modelos em produção (APIs, microserviços, containers).
  • Conhecimento em Azure AI Foundry
  • Vivência com Databricks
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de MLOps (CI/CD, monitoramento, versionamento de modelos).
  • Capacidade de traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções técnicas claras.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com LLMs, GenAI, RAG e ferramentas como LangChain ou similares.
  • Atuação prévia em produtos digitais de alta escala.
  • Contribuições para comunidade (papers, talks, open source).
  • Vivência em times ágeis e ambientes de alto crescimento.
