Você é Engenheiro ou Arquiteto e tem experiência liderando projetos complexos, multidisciplinares e de grande porte?

Estamos buscando um Gerente de Projetos Sênior para atuar na gestão de projetos estratégicos relacionados à implantação de novos Fulfillment Centers e Mega Cross Docking no Brasil.

Essa posição terá atuação próxima à diretoria e às áreas de negócio, conectando diferentes equipes, fornecedores e stakeholders para garantir que os projetos avancem dentro dos prazos, custos, escopo e objetivos definidos.

  • Liderar a gestão de projetos de alto impacto de novos Fulfillment Centers e Mega Cross Docking no Brasil;
  • Estabelecer metas e responsabilidades com todas as partes interessadas, definindo e construindo os indicadores de monitoramento e gerenciamento de projetos;
  • Alinhar e coordenar as atividades dos diferentes projetos e das diferentes áreas, antecipando os possíveis riscos e buscando planos de ação para mitigá-los;
  • Conduzir as reuniões de monitoramento de projetos com todas as partes interessadas e atualizar o status de cada projeto estratégico.
  • Tornar-se um ponto focal para toda a operação, dando visibilidade aos projetos até a etapa final de cada Fulfillment Center, sendo o elo entre a gestão operacional e a estratégia regional, visando capitalizar o aprendizado e padronizar os processos.

Diferenciais:

  • Ter conhecimentos sobre o pacote Office ou ferramentas google;
  • Certificações em Gestão de Projetos será considerado um diferencial. Ex: PMP ou outras do PMI,
  • Certificação Agile e certificações Program Management;
  • Ter experiência em gestão de projetos no segmento de logística, projetos construção civil ou projetos multidisciplinares;
  • Alta capacidade de compressão e aprendizado de fluxos e processos.
  • Negociação e persuasão com times multidisciplinares;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos: Cronograma, Riscos, Pessoas, Stakeholders. Ex: MS Project, Monday Kanban, Ágil, Scrum e domínio pacote office ou google.
  • Certificações em Gestão de Projetos será considerado um diferencial
  • Possuir disponibilidade para viajar.
