Onze klant, een nieuw bedrijf in volle opbouw, zoekt een Teamleader Elektrisch Onderhoud die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook een inspirerende leider voor een team van ongeveer vijf techniekers.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als Teamleader Elektrisch Onderhoud ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel houden én verbeteren van de elektrische installaties binnen een hightech productieomgeving. Je stuurt een team aan, coacht hen in hun groei en zorgt voor een veilige, performante en toekomstgerichte werkomgeving.

Samen met collega’s uit productie en techniek werk je aan een stabiele en efficiënte werking van de installaties. Je krijgt de kans om mee te schrijven aan de fundamenten van een nieuwe organisatie, een unieke kans voor wie houdt van pionieren, verbeteren en impact maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Leidinggeven & Teamontwikkeling

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van jouw team van techniekers (elektriciteit/elektronica)
  • Organiseren van ploegenwissels en kennisoverdracht
  • Voeren van feedback- en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Creëren van een cultuur van samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en groei

Operationeel & Technisch Beheer

  • Coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud
  • Minimaliseren van productiestops door goede afstemming met andere teams
  • Monitoren van machine-instellingen en ingrijpen bij storingen
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt binnen jouw team
  • Rapporteren en documenteren van onderhoudsactiviteiten

Innovatie & Projecten

  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en implementatie van nieuwe technologieën
  • Ondersteunen van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven via data-analyse en optimalisatie

Veiligheid & Training

  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en interne procedures
  • Organiseren van opleidingen en kennisdeling binnen het team
  • Actieve deelname aan audits, overleggen en interne communicatie
  • Technisch diploma (middelbaar, graduaat of bachelor) in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek of vergelijkbaar
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in elektrisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving
  • Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring of aantoonbare ambitie via opleidingen
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en ervaring met onderhoudsbeheersystemen
  • Communicatief sterk, met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
