Bij Ciner Glass geloven we dat vakmanschap, duurzaamheid en innovatie hand in hand gaan. En om dat waar te maken, zoeken we een Teamleader Elektrisch Onderhoud die met passie en leiderschap ons technisch hart doet kloppen.

Ben jij iemand die een team kan inspireren, graag sleutelt aan verbetering en die barst van energie om onze gloednieuwe productiesite mee vorm te geven? Dan zou jij zomaar de flessenier kunnen zijn die wij zoeken!

Wat ga je doen?

Leiden & motiveren

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van enthousiaste techniekers aan.
  • Je zorgt voor kennisdeling, coaching en feedback.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een cultuur van samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid.

Zorgen dat alles draait

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het elektrische en elektronische luik van onze productieprocessen.
  • Je coördineert preventief en correctief onderhoud zodat de machines blijven knallen.
  • Je bent de expert die bij storingen of uitdagingen het verschil maakt.

Verbeteren & vernieuwen

  • Je denkt mee over slimme optimalisaties en innovatieve projecten.
  • Je begeleidt de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën en installaties.
  • Je draagt bij aan een duurzame, veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Opleiden & bewaken

  • Je zorgt voor een sterk opgeleid team met de juiste skills.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan audits, overlegmomenten en veiligheidsinitiatieven.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt jouw team bij interne én externe kwaliteitscontroles.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een technisch diploma (elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek of vergelijkbaar).
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in elektrisch onderhoud binnen productie.
  • Leiderschapservaring (of klaar voor de stap naar teamlead).
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht en kennis van onderhoudssystemen.
  • Goede communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
  • En vooral: een passie voor techniek én mensen.
