About the role:

Every sale starts in pre-sales. As Team Lead, you'll run the team that turns enquiries into site visits. That means making sure every lead is called quickly, qualified properly and handed to the closing team ready to convert. You set the pace, coach the callers and own the numbers at the top of the funnel.

What you will own:

  • Team performance: Lead and coach a team of pre-sales executives against daily and weekly targets for calls, connects, qualified leads and site visits.
  • Lead management: Make sure every lead, whether from digital, channel partners, events or walk-ins, is contacted within the agreed response time and followed up until it closes out, with the CRM kept accurate.
  • Funnel conversion: Track the funnel from lead to connect, qualified lead, visit scheduled and visit done. Spot where leads drop off and fix it.
  • Quality: Build and refresh pitch scripts and objection handling for each project. Run regular call audits and give feedback.
  • Working with sales: Coordinate with closing managers and site heads on visit scheduling, and feed their visit outcomes back into how the team qualifies leads.
  • Working with marketing: Share lead-quality insights by source and campaign so spend goes where leads actually convert.
  • Reporting: Send daily and weekly reports on team performance and funnel health to the cluster head.
  • Building the team: Hire, onboard and train new pre-sales team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years in real estate pre-sales or tele-sales, including at least 1–2 years leading a team.
  • A strong grip on funnel metrics, and comfort working in a CRM and Excel every day.
  • A coach's mindset: you make callers better, not just busier.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Knowledge of Pune's residential market is a strong plus.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
