Senior Helpers of Dayton is seeking compassionate caregivers who can work weekends to provide quality care to our clients. If you're looking for a rewarding job with flexible hours and great pay, we want to hear from you!

We are urgently hiring caregivers to join our team in Centerville, Dayton, Springfield, Xenia, Urbana, New Carlisle, Tipp City, Kettering, and Clinton County, with immediate openings available across these areas. If you are compassionate, reliable, and ready to start working right away, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team!

What We Offer:

  • Earn more for premium hours: Weekday nights come with +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am), weekend days +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm), and weekend nights +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am), a great way to boost your paycheck.

Job Requirements:

  • Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (must have car insurance).
  • Ability to be reached by phone or messages to get shift details.
  • Experience is preferred, but not required – we provide training.
  • Compassion, dependability, and a caring nature are essential.
  • Must be available to maintain a consistent weekly schedule of 20+ hours; part-time and full-time opportunities offered.
  • Being at least 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility as needed
