Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

SentientGeeks is looking for an experienced #LeadGeneration Specialist to strengthen our B2B sales pipeline and drive high-quality business opportunities.

  • Location: Kolkata (Onsite)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Experience: 2+ Years

What You'll Do:

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and key decision-makers across target industries.

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other outbound channels.

- Execute personalized cold outreach and nurture prospects through strategic follow-ups.

- Connect with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders.

- Qualify prospects based on business needs and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

- Build and maintain accurate lead databases, CRM records, and outreach reports.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize lead generation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, or Outbound Sales.

- Prior experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or the Technology industry is preferred.

- Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, CRM platforms, and other lead generation tools.

- Excellent communication, research, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work with defined KPIs and achieve lead generation targets.

- Experience generating leads for international markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.) will be an added advantage.
