  • Behärskar svenska och engelska väl i både tal och skrift

Om rollen och arbetsuppgifter

Som kundservicemedarbetare hos oss arbetar du tillsammans med dina kollegor och hjälper våra kunder. Du motiveras av att kunden ska få en positiv upplevelse av att kommunicera med just dig. Du kommer agera problemlösare åt våra kunder genom att hantera ärenden i mejl och chatt samt inkommande och utgående telefoni. Som kundservicemedarbetare hos oss erbjuds du ett omväxlande och utmanade arbete med möjligheter att påverka den dagliga verksamheten.

Bra att veta

Tjänsten är en behovsanställning med varierande arbetstider på vardagar. För att tjänsten ska passa dig behöver du kunna arbeta 6–8 timmar per arbetspass.
