We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer for a fixed contract term (18 months) who is a strong craft practitioner and an even stronger thinker, someone who can lead creative direction, pressure-test briefs, and build systems, not just produce assets. Motion is the core craft requirement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead motion design across brand touchpoints — social, digital campaigns, video, and event assets

- Own video editing for digital and content marketing from brief to final delivery

- Develop concepts and storyboards before production starts

- Set and raise the quality bar for motion across the team

- Apply a consistent brand lens, pushing back when a brief would compromise it

- Interrogate briefs from demand gen, content, and field marketing before executing

- Act as a creative partner to stakeholders, not just an executor

- Build tools, templates, and reusable assets that let the team self-serve

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Professional proficiency in English

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion and brand design

- Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Strong supporting skills in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop

- Demonstrable ability to develop a concept, not just execute one

- Several years of senior-level motion design experience in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house)

- Experience interrogating briefs and proposing creative direction

- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying complexity
