Description du poste

Chez Septeo Hospitality Solutions, nous développons StaffApp, la solution SaaS qui simplifie le quotidien des campings et glampings : ménage, maintenance, planification des équipes. C’est un produit en forte croissance, utilisé chaque jour sur le terrain, et vous verrez concrètement l’impact de votre travail.

Vous rejoignez une équipe R&D à taille humaine (4 développeurs, un Product Owner, une Team Lead) qui a fait de l’IA un vrai mode de travail. Une part croissante du code est produite en mode agentique, et chacun est libre d’expérimenter et de faire évoluer les pratiques.

Votre mission

Vous reprenez en main le socle back-end de StaffApp. Vous concevez les services Java / Spring Boot, vous portez leur qualité et leur sécurité, et vous prêtez main-forte au front React quand il le faut. Un profil DevOps dédié s’occupe de l’exploitation, pour que vous restiez concentré·e sur le développement.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Concevoir et faire grandir les services back-end de StaffApp en Java / Spring Boot.
  • Peser sur les choix d’architecture, aux côtés de l’équipe et du Product Owner.
  • Faire de la qualité un réflexe : tests automatisés, revues de code, SonarQube et Snyk.
  • Connecter StaffApp à son écosystème : Keycloak, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS S3, Firebase.
  • Mettre les mains dans le front React / TypeScript quand l’équipe en a besoin.
  • Faire vivre les rituels Scrum et partager vos choix techniques.
  • Coder avec des agents IA en gardant la main : vous spécifiez, vous relisez, vous validez.

Qualifications

Et si c’était vous ?

  • Vous avez 3 à 6 ans de back-end Java derrière vous, idéalement sur un produit ou chez un éditeur.
  • Spring Boot, Spring Security et Hibernate / JPA n’ont plus de secrets pour vous.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec PostgreSQL, de la modélisation aux requêtes SQL.
  • Vous concevez des API REST claires, robustes et faciles à faire évoluer.
  • Pour vous, un code sans tests n’est pas un code terminé (JUnit).
  • Vous codez déjà avec l’IA et savez la challenger : spécifier, relire, tester, refuser ce que vous ne comprenez pas.
  • Le Scrum vous est familier et vous lisez la documentation technique en anglais sans difficulté.
  • Vous aimez transmettre et savez vous faire comprendre des interlocuteurs non techniques.
  • Bonus : RabbitMQ, Redis, Keycloak, Docker / Kubernetes ou Flutter.
