Actualmente nos encontramos buscando un Desarrollador Java Backend:

El Reto (Responsabilidades)

  • Desarrollar y mantener el núcleo operativo del sistema, la lógica de negocio y la persistencia de datos.
  • Establecer y gestionar la comunicación con servicios externos mediante el desarrollo de servicios web SOAP y REST para la integración de sistemas.
  • Integrar sistemas institucionales para el consumo y envío seguro de información.
  • Desarrollar módulos específicos para la gestión de pacientes y el seguimiento psicológico.
  • Administrar y programar módulos para plataformas de capacitación y cursos.
  • Desarrollar módulos orientados a la parametrización de pruebas psicométricas y la generación de reportes estructurados.

Tu Perfil (Requisitos)

  • Licenciatura, Ingeniería o carrera afín vinculada a Tecnologías de la Información.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia comprobable en el desarrollo de aplicaciones empresariales.
  • Conocimientos sólidos y dominio en programación backend utilizando Java 17/21 y el framework Spring Boot 3.
  • Dominio avanzado del lenguaje SQL para la gestión y manejo de bases de datos relacionales.
  • Mindset de Alto Rendimiento: Resiliencia, inteligencia emocional y enfoque en entrega ágil.
  • ADN Tecnológico: Entendimiento profundo de la diferencia entre programar e ingeniería.

Deseable

  • Experiencia previa trabajando con lógica de negocio en el sector salud (pacientes) o e-learning (capacitación).
  • Conocimientos en fundamentos de Cloud o experiencia con asistentes de código con IA.

Idiomas

  • Inglés Técnico: Capacidad para la lectura y comprensión de documentación técnica y especificaciones.
  • Español Nativo.
