En Iveco Group buscan un/a Analista de Contratos de Servicios que se sume al equipo de Posventa. Vas a administrar la cartera de contratos de servicio, diseñar propuestas comerciales a medida de cada cliente y acompañar a la Red Oficial IVECO en todo el proceso: el ofrecimiento, el seguimiento, el cierre y la gestión de cada contrato.

Principales Responsabilidades:

Gestión comercial

  • Ejecutar el plan comercial anual y seguir cada venta de principio a fin.
  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales a medida de cada cliente, definiendo la misión y la operatoria que mejor se ajusten a su necesidad.

Relación con la Red de Concesionarios

  • Gestionar reclamos y aprobar o rechazar los presupuestos que generan los concesionarios.
  • Hacer el análisis técnico de los presupuestos y dar soporte en la elaboración de propuestas.
  • Visitar clientes potenciales junto con el concesionario.
  • Fortalecer el vínculo con las áreas comerciales y técnicas de la red.
  • Capacitar a la red en los procesos de venta y en la ejecución de los contratos.

Atención al cliente

  • Capacitar a los clientes en el uso de las herramientas de conectividad.
  • Atender los reclamos vinculados al servicio.
  • Gestionar la cuenta corriente con el concesionario.

Conectividad

  • Capacitar a los clientes en el uso del portal y gestionar sus indicadores gerenciales.
  • Hacer el seguimiento de los envíos de módulos a los concesionarios y de su actividad, coordinando reajustes cuando un módulo no reporta.
  • Participar de reuniones periódicas con el proveedor y del desarrollo de mejoras en el portal.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Organización Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en gestión de procesos, gestión administrativa, servicios de posventa o venta retail, vinculada a la industria automotriz y/o autopartistas.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Orientación al cliente, capacidad de negociación y pensamiento analítico.
  • Facilidad para construir relaciones con distintos interlocutores (clientes, concesionarios y proveedores).

Suman: conocimiento del sector automotriz o de vehículos pesados, experiencia con plataformas de telemetría o conectividad, y manejo avanzado de Excel.
