Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Contador/a Senior de Reporting Corporativo y Consolidación para sumarse a un importante grupo empresario.

Propósito del puesto: Liderar la preparación, consolidación y presentación de los estados contables trimestrales y anuales del holding y sus subsidiarias bajo NIIF, asegurando su presentación ante la CNV con el estándar de una compañía con oferta pública.

Principales Responsabilidades:

1 Reporting y Consolidación:

Preparar, consolidar y controlar los estados contables individuales y consolidados del holding y sus subsidiarias bajo NIIF (IFRS).

Asegurar la presentación de los estados contables trimestrales y anuales ante la CNV, en tiempo y forma.

2 Combinaciones de Negocios para las compañías subsidiarias del holding:

Calcular, supervisar y asesorar en la asignación del precio de compra (PPA) de nuevas adquisiciones bajo NIIF 3.

Valuar activos, pasivos identificables y goodwill, dejando la documentación lista para auditoría.

3 Auditoría y Normativa:

Liderar y coordinar las auditorías externas anuales, actuando como interlocutor técnico con firmas de primera línea.

Analizar el impacto de nuevas normas, homogeneizar criterios contables y brindar soporte técnico NIIF a las subsidiarias.

4 Proyectos y Articulación con otras áreas:

Participar en la preparación de la compañía para reportar bajo NIIF de cara a una eventual oferta pública en el exterior.

Interactuar con las áreas de M&A, Legales, Impuestos y de negocio para relevar la información necesaria.

Requisitos

Formación: Contador/a Público/a (excluyente). Deseable: posgrado en NIIF, finanzas corporativas o valuación de empresas.

Experiencia: al menos cinco años en contabilidad corporativa, reporting o auditoría, con experiencia comprobable en armado de estados contables bajo NIIF para CNV (excluyente).

Será muy valorada experiencia en Big Four y/o en compañías con oferta pública.

Conocimientos: NIIF (avanzado), normativa CNV, RT FACPCE, consolidación de grupos económicos, Excel avanzado y ERP (SAP u otro).

Idioma: inglés avanzado (excluyente).

Lugar de trabajo: Retiro, CABA.

Jornada: Lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 hs – Full Time (Presencial).
