Buscamos incorporar un/a profesional para acompañar el desarrollo estratégico y la performance de la red de distribuidores en mercados de importación (con presencia en 25 países de Latam).

La posición tendrá un rol clave en el análisis de indicadores de negocio, la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y la implementación de iniciativas que fortalezcan las capacidades de la red (Importadores), la cobertura de mercado y la rentabilidad del negocio.

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño comercial, operacional, financiero y de Experiencia del Cliente (CX).
  • Desarrollar y realizar el seguimiento de planes de acción junto con distribuidores.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del Plan de Inversión de la red.
  • Liderar programas de crecimiento y mejora de estándares de la red.
  • Coordinar visitas de gestión a los Distribuidores de la región.
  • Analizar la cobertura territorial y administrar el mapeo de distribuidores.
  • Coordinar Business Reviews con importadores y distribuidores.
  • Desarrollar tableros de Business Intelligence (BI) e informes de gestión.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Marketing, Ventas, Postventa y Marcas.
  • Coordinar la apertura de nuevos puntos de venta y programas de capacitación.
  • Realizar benchmarking de la red frente a competidores de la industria.

Requisitos

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en la posicion de Dealer Network o Analista de Desarrollo de Red, adquirida en empresas multinacionales de la industria automotriz, maquinaria agrícola, maquinaria pesada (excluyente).
  • Experiencia interactuando con redes de distribución en posiciones de análisis de datos comerciales, financieros, postventa o marketing.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Conocimientos de Power BI y SAP serán considerados un plus.
  • Inglés: Upper Intermediate (oral y escrito) y portugués intermedio (no excluyente).
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de negociación y comunicación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar 30% del tiempo aproximadamente.
