Buscamos un/a Gerente de Sucursal para Finning Argentina, distribuidor oficial de Caterpillar en el país. Será la máxima referencia de la compañía en Salta, al frente de un equipo técnico y comercial.

El desafío

Liderar la sucursal de Salta asumiendo la responsabilidad integral sobre los resultados del negocio: venta de equipos nuevos y usados, repuestos, servicio técnico y alquiler. Buscamos a alguien que represente a Finning frente a los principales clientes de la región e impulse el crecimiento de la sucursal.

Principales responsabilidades asignadas:

  • Gestionar el estado de resultados (P&L), el EBIT y los indicadores clave (KPI) de la sucursal.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y motivar a los equipos de servicio, repuestos, administración y soporte de ventas.
  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial de la zona, en conjunto con las unidades de negocio.
  • Construir relaciones de largo plazo con clientes, proveedores y representantes de Caterpillar.
  • Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto, y gestionar el inventario y los activos de la sucursal.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente, un valor central en Finning.

Requisitos

  • Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Contar con al menos 8 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo en áreas comerciales (venta de equipos, servicios y repuestos), en empresas multinacionales de maquinaria pesada, automotrices, grandes motores o industrias afines.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de un P&L y en la conducción de equipos técnico-comerciales.
  • Fuerte orientación comercial y a resultados, con capacidad de negociación.
  • Liderazgo cercano, con foco en el desarrollo de las personas y en la seguridad.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región.
  • Residencia en Salta o disponibilidad para relocalizarse (excluyente).
