Descripción del puesto

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a electromecánico Jr para sumarse a la Central Hidroeléctrica Cerros Colorados (Neuquén).

Propósito del puesto:

Brindar soporte técnico en la operación, mantenimiento y supervisión de las instalaciones del complejo hidroeléctrico, garantizando la disponibilidad, eficiencia y seguridad de la generación de energía.

Principales Responsabilidades:

1. Soporte a la Operación y Control Hídrico:

  • Monitoreo continuo de variables operativas en unidades generadoras (turbinas, generadores, transformadores) y sistemas auxiliares.
  • Consolidador/a de datos operativos para la elaboración de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales de generación eléctrica e hidrología.

2. Mantenimiento y Gestión de Activos:

  • Colaborar con los equipos de mantenimiento electromecánico en planes preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.
  • Participar en el análisis primario de fallas en equipos y proponer mejoras técnicas.
  • Mantener actualizados planos técnicos, manuales, esquemas unifilares y registros de intervenciones en planta.

3. Normativa, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente:

  • Velar por el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (HSE).
  • Asistir en la preparación de documentación para organismos reguladores (ORSEP, CAMMESA).

4. Proyectos de Mejora y Procesos:

  • Dar seguimiento a los requerimientos de repuestos técnicos e insumos críticos.
  • Participar en proyectos de modernización, optimización de procesos y digitalización de infraestructura.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Complejo Hidroeléctrico Cerros Colorados (Planicie Banderita, Neuquén).
  • Jornada: Lunes a viernes – Full Time (Presencial).

Requisitos

  • Formación: Ingeniero electromecánico (excluyente) .
  • Experiencia: al menos dos años en posiciones similares preferentemente en industrias de procesos continuos o energía.
  • Conocimientos: Lectura de planos técnicos y manejo de paquete office. Deseable: AutoCAD, SAP.
  • Residencia: Neuquén capital, Cipolletti, Cinco Saltos, Centenario.
