Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio cuja especialização é focada em soluções de Recrutamento & Seleção e Trabalho Temporário. Estamos a recrutar Administrativa de RH para empresa cliente na zona de Sintra.

Funções:

  • Processamento salarial e controlo de assiduidade;
  • Gestão administrativa de colaboradores desde a admissão até à cessação;
  • Elaboração de contratos, alterações contratuais, horários e transferências;
  • Gestão de férias, absentismo, penhoras e medicina no trabalho;
  • Comunicação com Segurança Social, seguros e outras entidades;
  • Atualização e gestão de dados em ERP;
  • Apoio administrativo e esclarecimento de questões laborais aos colaboradores;
  • Garantir o cumprimento da legislação laboral e procedimentos internos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência anterior em payroll ou funções administrativas de RH com componente salarial;
  • Experiência em ERP Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferencial);
  • Conhecimentos de legislação laboral;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel e Office;
  • Capacidade de organização, rigor e gestão de prioridades;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, confidencialidade e espírito de equipa;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e resolução de problemas.

Condições:

  • Contrato direto com a empresa cliente;
  • Formação inicial e contínua;
  • Possibilidade de progressão profissional.
