Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo!, estamos a recrutar para Assessor de Diretor de Produção para empresa cliente na zona de Braga.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoio direto ao Diretor de Produção no planeamento, organização, acompanhamento e controlo das atividades produtivas;
  • Análise e monitorização dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), identificando desvios e propondo medidas corretivas e de melhoria;
  • Acompanhamento do cumprimento dos planos de produção, garantindo os níveis de produtividade, qualidade e prazos estabelecidos;
  • Colaboração na preparação de relatórios de produção e apresentação de resultados à Direção;
  • Acompanhamento do desempenho das equipas e dos processos produtivos, promovendo a eficiência operacional e a otimização dos recursos;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria contínua, redução de desperdícios e otimização dos processos de produção;
  • Articulação com os diferentes departamentos, nomeadamente Qualidade, Manutenção e Logística, assegurando o bom funcionamento das operações;
  • Apoio na identificação e resolução de problemas operacionais, contribuindo para a redução de paragens e constrangimentos na produção;
  • Acompanhamento da implementação de novos processos, equipamentos e métodos de trabalho;
  • Garantia do cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, das normas de segurança e dos requisitos de qualidade;
  • Apoio na coordenação das equipas de produção, promovendo a organização, comunicação e cumprimento dos objetivos definidos;
  • Substituição ou representação do Diretor de Produção em reuniões e outras situações, sempre que solicitado.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão da Produção ou áreas similares;
  • Experiência profissional na área da produção, gestão industrial ou em funções similares, preferencialmente em contexto industrial;
  • Conhecimentos de planeamento e controlo da produção, gestão de processos e melhoria contínua;
  • Experiência na análise de indicadores de desempenho, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de planos de ação;
  • Capacidade de organização, planeamento, análise e resolução de problemas;
  • Competências de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa;
  • Proatividade, sentido de responsabilidade e orientação para resultados;
  • Capacidade de liderança, gestão de prioridades e tomada de decisão.
