Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio cuja especialização é focada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, funcionando tanto como suporte das operações como das restantes empresas do Grupo.Sob o lema «Facultamos o profissional certo!» estamos a recrutar uma Assistente Administrativa para integrar equipa cliente na Maia.

Funções:

  • Atendimento telefónico e presencial a clientes;
  • Gestão e acompanhamento de pedidos e encomendas;
  • Inserção e atualização de dados no sistema informático;
  • Elaboração e organização de documentação administrativa;
  • Apoio à faturação e controlo documental;
  • Gestão de arquivo físico e digital;
  • Apoio à equipa comercial e operacional;
  • Tratamento de e-mails e correspondência;
  • Elaboração de mapas e relatórios em Excel;
  • Outras tarefas administrativas inerentes à função. Requisitos:
  • Experiência anterior em funções administrativas (preferencial);
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office, com especial domínio de Excel;
  • Boa capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia;
  • Dinamismo e proatividade. Condições:
  • Vencimento Base: 920€;
  • Subsídio de Alimentação: 6€/dia;
  • Subsídio de Férias e Subsídio de Natal pagos em duodécimos;
  • Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 09h00 às 18h00;
  • Integração em empresa sólida e em crescimento.
