A Serlima Target, integrada no Grupo Serlima, é especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, apoiando empresas de diferentes setores no reforço das suas equipas.

Neste momento, encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Orçamentista – Serviço Após Venda, para integrar a equipa de uma empresa cliente na Póvoa de Varzim.

Funções:

  • Elaboração de orçamentos para serviços de após-venda;
  • Análise de pedidos de clientes e identificação das respetivas necessidades;
  • Consulta de peças, componentes e tempos de intervenção;
  • Articulação com as equipas técnicas e comerciais;
  • Acompanhamento dos orçamentos apresentados;
  • Contacto e acompanhamento de clientes ao longo do processo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Assegurar a elaboração de orçamentos rigorosos e dentro dos prazos definidos;
  • Garantir uma correta análise técnica e comercial dos pedidos;
  • Acompanhar eficazmente os processos de serviço após-venda;
  • Contribuir para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos e os padrões de qualidade da empresa.

Perfil:

  • Experiência profissional em funções similares será valorizada;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos, preferencialmente na área industrial;
  • Boa capacidade de análise e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Organização, autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas informáticas;
  • Orientação para o cliente e capacidade de acompanhamento de processos.

Condições:

  • Horário: 08h30 às 17h30;
  • Vencimento Base: 950€;
  • Subsídio de Alimentação: 10,20€/dia;
  • Integração numa empresa sólida e em crescimento;
