Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio cuja especialização é focada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, funcionando como suporte das operações de várias empresas.

Procuramos Assistente Financeira para integrar o nosso Cliente, sediado no Cacém.

Trata-se de uma empresa especializada em soluções de Energia e Climatização (AVAC) para os setores residencial, comercial e industrial. Com foco em tecnologia eficiente e qualidade técnica, a nossa empresa cliente aposta no crescimento sustentável e na valorização dos seus colaboradores. No âmbito da sua expansão, encontra-se a reforçar a sua equipa.

O candidato ideal deverá ter uma forte capacidade de organização, atenção ao detalhe e experiência comprovada na área.

Perfil e Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Contabilidade, Finanças ou Gestão ou 12º ano de escolaridade;
  • Experiência mínima de três anos em ambiente de trabalho
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na óptica de utilizador (word, excel, power point)
  • Experiência com ERP (Preferencialmente Primavera);
  • Domínio de idioma inglês - compreensão, conversação e escrito (Fator obrigatório)
  • Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades
  • Espírito dinâmico, proativo, polivalente, flexível e de confiança
  • Facilidade de comunicação com colaboradores e parceiros da empresa
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Pontual e assídua
  • Viatura própria (Fator obrigatório)

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Negociação de Fornecimentos e Serviços Externos (FSE);
  • Gestão de Clientes e Cobranças;
  • Gestão de fornecedores e pagamentos;
  • Recolha e sistematização dos elementos para processamento de vencimentos dos colaboradores;
  • Lançamentos de tesouraria / movimentos bancários.
