A Serlima Target encontra-se a recrutar um/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a para integrar o departamento na nossa empresa-cliente na área de contabilidade, na zona do Porto.

Funções:

  • Anexar POD/CMR às faturas (processos internacionais)
  • Enviar faturas por email, incluindo gestão de diferentes destinatários e upload em plataformas de clientes
  • Solicitar PODs a agentes e CMRs a transportadores
  • Enviar FCRs
  • Realizar triagem de faturas (com e sem comprovativos) e respetivo encaminhamento
  • Tratar faturas específicas, incluindo anexação de comprovativos e assignment list
  • Enviar documentação solicitada pelos clientes
  • Gerir envio de CMRs originais
  • Arquivar faturas de transportadores
  • Acompanhar faturas enviadas automaticamente e garantir envio posterior de comprovativos

Perfil pretendido:

  • Sentido de responsabilidade e organização
  • Atenção ao detalhe
  • Conhecimentos básicos de contabilidade (preferencial)
  • Facilidade de trabalho em equipa
