Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo! Encontra-se a recrutar um Chefe de Equipa AVAC (M/F) para integrar a sua equipa em Gandra.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar e supervisionar equipas de instalação e manutenção AVAC;
  • Planear e acompanhar os trabalhos em obra, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões de qualidade;
  • Assegurar a correta interpretação de projetos e especificações técnicas;
  • Gerir materiais, equipamentos e recursos afetos às intervenções;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança no trabalho;
  • Servir de elo de ligação entre a equipa operacional, clientes e direção técnica.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada na área AVAC;
  • Experiência na coordenação e gestão de equipas;
  • Conhecimentos de leitura e interpretação de projetos técnicos;
  • Capacidade de liderança, organização e resolução de problemas;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade e orientação para resultados;
  • Carta de condução.
