Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas.

Estamos a recrutar Comercial de Showroom para integrar uma empresa de referência no setor da construção, cerâmica, bricolage e decoração, no Fundão.

O TRABALHO

  • Acolher e aconselhar os clientes de forma personalizada e profissional;
  • Apresentar soluções técnicas e estéticas adequadas às necessidades de cada cliente;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e acompanhar todo o processo de venda;
  • Gerir a carteira de clientes de forma proativa, promovendo a fidelização;
  • Organizar e garantir a correta apresentação do showroom;
  • Realizar prospeção comercial e visitas ocasionais a clientes;
  • Colaborar no cumprimento dos objetivos comerciais e na melhoria da experiência de compra.

O QUE PROCURAMOS

  • Escolaridade mínima: 12.º ano;
  • Experiência em vendas e atendimento no setor da construção, cerâmica, bricolage ou decoração (obrigatório);
  • Bons conhecimentos de pavimentos, revestimentos, loiças sanitárias e materiais de construção;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e argumentação comercial;
  • Orientação para objetivos e resultados;
  • Espírito comercial, dinamismo e proatividade;
  • Boa capacidade de organização e atenção ao detalhe.

HORÁRIO

De segunda-feira a domingo, com folgas rotativas, em regime de horário rotativo entre as 09h00 e as 20h00, de acordo com a seguinte escala:

  • 09h00 – 18h00
  • 10h00 – 19h00
  • 11h00 – 20h00

CONDIÇÕES SALARIAIS

  • Vencimento compatível com a experiência demonstrada;
  • Subsídio de Alimentação de 8€/dia;
  • Comissões atrativas de acordo com o desempenho;
