Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio cuja especialização é focada em soluções de Recrutamento & Seleção e Trabalho Temporário. Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa em Lisboa e procuramos Consultor de Recursos Humanos para integração nos nossos quadros.

Esta é uma oportunidade para profissionais que gostam de desafios, valorizam o contacto com pessoas e clientes e pretendem desenvolver a sua carreira numa função que combina recrutamento, gestão contratual e acompanhamento de operações.

O teu desafio:

  • Recrutamento e Seleção: Gerir processos de recrutamento, desde a identificação de necessidades à seleção e integração de candidatos.
  • Gestão de Clientes: Assegurar o acompanhamento de uma carteira de clientes, identificando necessidades e garantindo respostas rápidas e eficazes.
  • Gestão Contratual: Preparar e acompanhar contratos de trabalho temporário, renovações e documentação associada, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos legais.
  • Acompanhamento de Colaboradores: Garantir uma relação de proximidade apoiando a sua integração e acompanhando nas diferentes fases.
  • Gestão Operacional: Assegurar a articulação entre clientes, candidatos e colaboradores, contribuindo para a qualidade do serviço e o cumprimento dos objetivos.

O que procuramos:

  • Formação Superior em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia, Gestão ou áreas similares;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Experiência em recrutamento e seleção, preferencialmente em empresas de Trabalho Temporário ou consultoria de Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimentos de legislação laboral e processos de gestão contratual;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação, organização, proatividade e orientação para o cliente.
