Descrição da Função

Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, funcionando como suporte às operações e às restantes empresas do Grupo.

Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo!, encontramo-nos a recrutar Empregado de Mesa para unidade hoteleira situada na zona de Fátima.

A função terá especial enfoque no serviço de pequeno-almoço, garantindo um atendimento de qualidade e uma experiência positiva aos hóspedes, incluindo grupos de peregrinos e clientes com partidas previstas para o Santuário.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Preparação e organização da sala e do buffet antes do início do serviço;
  • Reposição de alimentos e bebidas durante o serviço;
  • Receção, acolhimento e acompanhamento dos clientes;
  • Serviço de bebidas quentes e pedidos à carta;
  • Serviço de mesa e apoio aos clientes durante o pequeno-almoço;
  • Levantamento e preparação das mesas para garantir um serviço rápido e eficiente;
  • Preparação de pequenos-almoços antecipados ou para levar, quando solicitado;
  • Manutenção da limpeza e organização da sala;
  • Cumprimento das normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e HACCP;
  • Apoio no encerramento e preparação da sala para o serviço do dia seguinte.

Requisitos

  • Experiência anterior como Empregado de Mesa ou em funções similares na área da restauração;
  • Experiência em serviço de pequeno-almoço hoteleiro (valorizada);
  • Conhecimentos de Português e Inglês básico;
  • Boa apresentação e postura profissional;
  • Simpatia, dinamismo e orientação para o cliente;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente rápido e com elevado volume de clientes;
  • Disponibilidade para horários de entrada antecipados, a partir das 06h30;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar fins de semana e feriados;
  • Certificado de manipulação de alimentos / HACCP válido (preferencial) ou disponibilidade para obtê-lo antes do início da função;
  • Conhecimentos de barista (valorizados);
  • Experiência no serviço a grupos numerosos (valorizada).
