Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo! estamos a recrutar um Empregado de mesa para Restaurante Cliente na zona da Ribeira, Porto.

Localizado numa das zonas mais emblemáticas e turísticas da cidade do Porto, este restaurante encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Empregado(a) de Mesa / Atendimento ao Cliente para integrar a sua equipa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atendimento e acompanhamento de clientes em loja e esplanada;
  • Apresentação dos produtos e aconselhamento ao cliente;
  • Registo e gestão de pedidos;
  • Serviço de mesa e apoio às operações diárias do estabelecimento;
  • Garantir elevados padrões de atendimento e satisfação do cliente;
  • Manter a organização, limpeza e boa apresentação dos espaços de trabalho.

Requisitos

  • Fluência obrigatória em Português e Inglês;
  • Experiência anterior em funções de atendimento ao público, restauração ou hotelaria (preferencial);
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e orientação para o cliente;
  • Apresentação cuidada e postura profissional;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e em ambiente dinâmico;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e proatividade;
  • Conhecimentos sobre vinhos serão valorizados.
