A Serlima Target, área de negócio do Grupo Serlima especializada em soluções de trabalho temporário e recrutamento, encontra-se a recrutar um/a Estagiário/a de Recrutamento e Seleção (M/F) para integrar a sua equipa em Quarteira, Faro.

Esta é uma oportunidade para desenvolver competências na área dos Recursos Humanos, com contacto direto com candidatos e participação nas diferentes etapas dos processos de recrutamento e seleção.

Descrição da Função:

  • Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção para diferentes funções e clientes;
  • Elaborar e divulgar anúncios de emprego nas plataformas de recrutamento e redes sociais;
  • Realizar a triagem e análise curricular, de acordo com os requisitos das vagas;
  • Efetuar contactos telefónicos com candidatos e realizar pré-entrevistas;
  • Agendar entrevistas e acompanhar os candidatos ao longo do processo de recrutamento;
  • Apoiar a atualização e gestão da base de dados de candidatos no sistema Manatal;
  • Prestar apoio administrativo aos processos de recrutamento;
  • Colaborar nas restantes tarefas inerentes à atividade de Recursos Humanos e Trabalho Temporário.

Requisitos Principais:

  • Interesse pela área de Recursos Humanos, especialmente Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Formação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou áreas similares será valorizada;
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Dinamismo, proatividade e vontade de aprender;
  • Gosto pelo contacto com pessoas e capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
  • Residência em Quarteira ou nos arredores, sendo importante a proximidade ao local de trabalho;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar um dos horários indicados.

Horário:

  • Turno da manhã: 09h00 às 13h00;
  • Turno da tarde: 14h00 às 18h00;
  • De segunda a sexta-feira;
  • Disponibilidade para um dos turnos, com carga horária de 4 horas diárias.
