Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas. Estamos a recrutar Operadores de Acabamentos e Polimentos para integrar uma empresa de referência do setor industrial, localizada em Aveiro.

O QUE OFERECEMOS

  • Salário Base: 920€;
  • Subsídio de Alimentação: 8,10€/dia (cartão refeição);
  • Prémio de Assiduidade: 50€/mês;
  • Horas noturnas remuneradas com acréscimo de 25% (caso exista integração em regime de turnos);
  • Contrato de trabalho;
  • Formação inicial e acompanhamento contínuo;
  • Integração numa empresa sólida e em crescimento;

O TRABALHO

  • Executar acabamentos e polimentos de peças;
  • Aplicar e corrigir juntas de silicone;
  • Garantir o correto manuseamento dos componentes;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade definidos;
  • Efetuar a montagem de componentes em falta;
  • Recuperar e polir zonas danificadas;
  • Colaborar nas restantes tarefas inerentes ao processo produtivo.

O QUE PROCURAMOS

  • Escolaridade mínima obrigatória (6.º ano);
  • Experiência em ambiente industrial (preferencial);
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, rigor e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e autonomia;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário geral ou por turnos.

HORÁRIO

  • Horário Geral: 08h00 às 16h30, com 30 minutos de pausa para almoço;
  • Possibilidade de integração em turno da manhã (06h00 às 14h00) ou turno da tarde (14h00 às 22h00), de acordo com as necessidades da produção.
