Descrição da Função

Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, funcionando como suporte às operações e às restantes empresas do Grupo.

Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo!, encontramo-nos a recrutar Porteiro / Assistente Geral para unidade hoteleira situada na zona de Fátima.

A função terá um caráter polivalente, apoiando os hóspedes e as diferentes equipas do hotel em tarefas relacionadas com bagagens, entregas, organização dos espaços e apoio às operações diárias.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Receção e acompanhamento de hóspedes e grupos à chegada;
  • Transporte de bagagens de e para os quartos;
  • Organização e gestão do espaço destinado à guarda de bagagens;
  • Receção, transporte e distribuição de entregas pelos diferentes departamentos;
  • Apoio na receção de roupa, produtos, alimentos e outros materiais;
  • Execução de pequenas tarefas de manutenção e preparação dos espaços;
  • Identificação e comunicação de necessidades de manutenção;
  • Apoio às equipas de Housekeeping e Pequenos-Almoços em períodos de maior movimento;
  • Garantir a organização e limpeza da entrada, lobby e áreas exteriores;
  • Apoio nas tarefas gerais necessárias ao bom funcionamento do hotel.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimentos básicos de Português e Inglês;
  • Boa capacidade física e disponibilidade para levantar e transportar cargas;
  • Sentido prático e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Simpatia, educação e boa capacidade de comunicação;
  • Proatividade e sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
  • Disponibilidade para horários rotativos, fins de semana e feriados;
  • Experiência anterior em hotelaria ou manutenção (valorizada).
