Descrição da Função

Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, funcionando como suporte às operações e às restantes empresas do Grupo.

Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo!, encontramo-nos a recrutar Rececionista de Hotel para unidade hoteleira situada na zona de Fátima.

O profissional será o primeiro ponto de contacto com os hóspedes, muitos deles peregrinos e visitantes internacionais, assegurando um atendimento profissional e acolhedor desde o check-in até ao check-out.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Efetuar o check-in e check-out dos hóspedes;
  • Gerir a atribuição de quartos e entrega de cartões/chaves;
  • Gerir reservas através de telefone, e-mail, atendimento presencial e canais online (OTAs);
  • Processar pagamentos, faturas e cauções de forma correta;
  • Efetuar o fecho e conferência da caixa no final do turno;
  • Responder a pedidos, dúvidas e reclamações dos hóspedes, encaminhando situações sempre que necessário;
  • Prestar informações sobre o Santuário de Fátima, transportes, restaurantes, visitas e outros serviços locais;
  • Coordenar com a equipa de Housekeeping relativamente ao estado dos quartos;
  • Articular com o Porteiro/Assistente Geral relativamente à gestão de bagagens;
  • Efetuar o registo de hóspedes estrangeiros de acordo com os requisitos legais aplicáveis;
  • Garantir a organização e apresentação da receção e do lobby;
  • Assegurar o acompanhamento dos hóspedes durante o período noturno, quando aplicável;
  • Realizar o night audit, incluindo a conferência de receitas, pagamentos e caixa e o fecho do dia no sistema PMS;
  • Preparar relatórios diários de ocupação, receitas e chegadas/saídas para a gestão;
  • Efetuar rondas de segurança e responder a alarmes, emergências ou ocorrências durante o turno noturno;
  • Atender pedidos de hóspedes durante a noite, realizar chamadas de despertar e preparar pequenos-almoços antecipados;
  • Garantir uma passagem de informação clara à equipa do turno seguinte.

Requisitos

  • Fluência em Português e bons conhecimentos de Inglês;
  • Espanhol, Francês ou Italiano constituem uma forte mais-valia;
  • Experiência anterior em receção hoteleira ou atendimento ao cliente;
  • Experiência em night audit será valorizada;
  • Bons conhecimentos de sistemas PMS, Excel e processamento de valores;
  • Boa capacidade de trabalho com números e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Boa capacidade de utilização de ferramentas informáticas;
  • Boa apresentação, simpatia e orientação para o cliente;
  • Capacidade de manter a calma e o profissionalismo em situações de maior pressão;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e organização;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, especialmente em turnos noturnos;
  • Disponibilidade para horários rotativos, incluindo noites, fins de semana e feriados;
  • Conhecimentos de hotelaria ou turismo (valorizados);
  • Conhecimentos básicos de contabilidade (valorizados);
  • Formação em primeiros socorros ou segurança contra incêndios (valorizada).
