Descrição da Função

Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas, funcionando como suporte às operações e às restantes empresas do Grupo.

Sob o lema Facultamos o profissional certo!, encontramo-nos a recrutar Responsável de Compras para unidade hoteleira situada na zona de Fátima.

O profissional terá como principal responsabilidade assegurar a gestão das compras do hotel, garantindo o abastecimento de produtos e serviços, a negociação com fornecedores e o controlo de custos, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da operação.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Planear e gerir o processo de compras do hotel;
  • Identificar, selecionar e acompanhar fornecedores;
  • Negociar preços, condições comerciais, prazos de entrega e contratos;
  • Assegurar a aquisição de produtos alimentares, bebidas, produtos de limpeza, amenities, equipamentos e restantes materiais necessários à operação;
  • Acompanhar encomendas e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega;
  • Controlar stocks e necessidades de reposição;
  • Garantir a qualidade dos produtos adquiridos e a adequação às necessidades dos diferentes departamentos;
  • Desenvolver e manter relações profissionais com fornecedores e parceiros;
  • Procurar novos fornecedores e oportunidades de otimização de custos;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos de compras;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar mapas e relatórios de compras e custos;
  • Trabalhar em articulação com os diferentes departamentos do hotel.

Requisitos

  • Experiência anterior na área de compras, procurement ou funções similares, preferencialmente no setor hoteleiro ou da restauração;
  • Experiência na negociação e gestão de fornecedores;
  • Conhecimentos de produtos e serviços necessários à operação hoteleira;
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e gestão de custos;
  • Capacidade de organização, planeamento e acompanhamento de encomendas;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas informáticas e Microsoft Office;
  • Português e Inglês, sendo valorizados outros idiomas;
  • Perfil orientado para objetivos e resultados;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e organização;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes departamentos e fornecedores;
  • Carta de condução – Categoria B (valorizada).
