Empresa: A Serlima Integrated Services é uma empresa especializada na prestação de serviços a todas as áreas de negócio do Grupo Serlima, está de momento em processo de recrutamento de Técnico de Manutenção (M/F) para unidade hoteleira em Castro Marim.

Descrição:

Verifica e prepara as condições de utilização dos equipamentos, materiais e utensílios utilizados na manutenção.

Procede à montagem e desmontagem de material audiovisual e outro equipamento em salas de conferências;

Procede à limpeza e condução de todo o equipamento da casa dos filtros;

Realiza pequenos trabalhos de revisão de quartos, pintura, carpintaria, de serralharia, canalização, de construção civil (pequenos trabalhos), reparações e instalações elétricas simples, revisão de quartos e reparação de mobiliário, limpeza de esgotos, limpezas de áreas técnicas e substituição de alcatifas;

Procede à recolha e análise diária de amostras de água das piscinas;

Efetua o doseamento e regista o consumo de produtos químicos de acordo com o resultado de análises efetuadas;

Procede à aspiração e escovagem da linha de água das piscinas, limpeza de skimmers e lava-pés;

Executa o back-wash e limpeza dos filtros de bombagem após aspiração das piscinas;

Procede ao enchimento manual da piscina, sempre que necessário;

Procede à limpeza e condução de todo o equipamento da casa dos filtros.

Assegura o cumprimento de boas práticas, normas e procedimentos estabelecidos para a secção.

Colabora na definição de ações de melhoria com vista a maximizar o desempenho e aumentar os padrões de qualidade definidos.

Requisitos: - Experiência anterior comprovada na função; - Boa apresentação; - Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; - Dinamismo e proatividade; - Sentido de responsabilidade; - Disponibilidade imediata e total.
