Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target através da sua área de negócio focada em soluções de Recrutamento & Seleção encontra-se a recrutar Técnico de Qualidade e Segurança no Trabalho para empresa cliente na Maia.

Funções:

  • Analisar e identificar riscos operacionais e de segurança;
  • Realizar inspeções regulares e acompanhar o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança;
  • Investigar acidentes e incidentes, propondo e implementando medidas corretivas;
  • Monitorizar e controlar os processos de qualidade;
  • Acompanhar e analisar matérias-primas e produtos finais, garantindo os padrões de qualidade definidos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas legais e dos referenciais de qualidade e segurança;
  • Analisar causas-raiz de falhas de qualidade e incidentes, promovendo ações de melhoria contínua;
  • Desenvolver e dinamizar ações de formação e sensibilização sobre segurança e procedimentos de qualidade.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia (Mecânica, Produção, Qualidade ou similar);
  • Formação/especialização em Segurança no Trabalho ou certificação de nível V ou VI na área;
  • Conhecimentos de normas de Qualidade e Segurança, nomeadamente ISO 9001 e ISO 45001;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas da qualidade e análise de problemas;
  • Experiência profissional em contexto industrial, preferencialmente em ambientes com elevados padrões de qualidade;
  • Boa capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
  • Proatividade, rigor e sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.

  • Remuneração ajustada à experiência e competências demonstradas;
  • Subsídio de alimentação de 6,00€/dia.
