Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and service technicians in locating and selecting the correct parts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organization of parts in the counter area.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and handle related paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Identify and suggest potential opportunities for up-selling or improving parts availability.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and participate in training to support career growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in parts sales or a related automotive role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and sales processing.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
