Servicepartner i Kiruna AB söker en engagerad och strukturerad ekonomiassistent som vill hjälpa oss att utveckla och effektivisera våra ekonomiska och administrativa rutiner. Vi är ett företag med varierande verksamhet och många olika typer av uppdrag. Därför söker vi dig som gillar omväxling, tar egna initiativ och vill vara med och skapa ordning, struktur och effektiva arbetsflöden. Vad kommer du att arbeta med? Du får en varierad roll med arbetsuppgifter inom bland annat: Löneberedning och löneadministration.

Löpande bokföring och ekonomiadministration.

Momsredovisning, momsavstämningar och relaterade frågor.

Kontoavstämningar och kontroll av ekonomiska underlag.

Administration och uppföljning av ekonomiska flöden.

Utveckling och effektivisering av våra rutiner, system och integrationer.

Vem är du? Vi tror att du är en person som gillar att ha koll på läget, arbetar strukturerat och gärna hittar smartare sätt att lösa uppgifter. Du behöver ha erfarenhet av ekonomi och lönehantering, men framför allt söker vi någon som är ansvarstagande, lösningsorienterad och vill utvecklas i sin roll. Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet av bokföring och löneadministration.

God datorvana och intresse för digitala arbetssätt.

Erfarenhet av Fortnox och gärna integrationer mot andra system.

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och planera ditt eget arbete.

Extra plus om du har kunskap inom: Kollektivavtal och lönebestämmelser inom IF Metall och Byggnads.

Olika typer av lönetillägg, arbetstider och ersättningar.

Digitalisering och automatisering av ekonomiadministration.
