Als Management Beratung gestalten wir in vielfältigen Industrien gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden gesamtheitliche Lösungen in den Bereichen Strategy & Organisation, Business Transformation, Performance Management & Incentive Systems, Digital Empowered Business, People & Change und HR Strategy.

  • Du führst eines unserer Kundenprojekte und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam und dem Kunden individuelle und innovative Lösungen im Bereich Business Performance Management, Incentive Systems sowie den unterstützenden Controlling- & Accounting-Prozessen.
  • Als Projektleiter:in bist Du erste Kontaktperson für fachliche und organisatorischen Fragen seitens des Kunden und Deines Beratungsteams und steuerst das Projekt mit Deiner Expertise zum Erfolg.
  • Herausfordernde Kunden und die Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen siehst Du als optimale Basis Deiner individuellen Weiterentwicklung. Der laufende und enge Austausch mit weiteren Lösungsexperten und unseren Partnern hilft Dir dabei die Herausforderungen zu meistern und sind ein weiterer Boost für Deine Lernkurve.
  • Neben der Projektarbeit hast Du Lust und Interesse Dich aktiv in den Aufbau unseres Consulting-Start-Ups einzubringen und weitere Unternehmensprozesse wie Recruiting, Marketing, Akquise, Knowledge Management und Personalentwicklung mitzugestalten.

Your Skills & Career

  • Mehr als 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Controlling-/Finanz-Bereich in der Industrie in einer führenden Rolle
  • Nachgewiesene exzellente fachliche und/oder technische Expertise im Themenfeld Controlling und/oder Accounting
  • Große Erfahrung im Management komplexer (Beratungs-)Projekte sowie der Stakeholder vom Top-Management bis zur Expertin bzw. Experten
  • Spaß und erste Erfahrungen in der Akquise von neuen Projekten sowie bei der erfolgreichen Entwicklung von Kunden
  • Spaß an Kommunikation, Moderation und Diskussion in Kundenworkshops sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache
  • Kreatives Engagement bei der managementgerechten Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, lösungsorientierte Strukturierung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie "Tüftler-Mentalität" bei IT-basierten Fragestellungen
  • Expertenwissen im Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
