Du als Teil der Crew

Als Management Beratung gestalten wir in vielfältigen Industrien gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden gesamtheitliche Lösungen in den Bereichen Strategy & Organisation, Business Transformation, Performance Management & Incentive Systems, Digital Empowered Business, People & Change und HR Strategy.

  • Du unterstützt die Projektteams dabei kundenindividuelle Lösungen für die Herausforderungen des CFOs, insbesondere in den Bereichen Accounting und Controlling, zu entwickeln.
  • Du übernimmst eigenständige Arbeitspakete, bereitest Kundenworkshops vor und kannst dabei auf die Unterstützung Deines Projektteams und der SET-Lösungsexperten zurückgreifen.
  • Du bringst Dich frei nach Deinem Interesse bei internen Themen mit ein und treibst diese mit Neugier voran.

Your Skills & Career

  • Du befindest Dich kurz vor dem Abschluss deines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums mit vorzugsweise wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Fokus (gerne auch Quereinsteiger)
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika in der Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Controlling-/ Finanz-Bereich in der Industrie sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Spaß an Kommunikation, Moderation und Diskussion in Kundenworkshops sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache
  • Kreatives Engagement bei der managementgerechten Aufbereitung von Präsentation, lösungsorientierte Strukturierung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie "Tüftler-Mentalität" bei IT-basierten Fragestellungen
  • Gute Kenntnis im Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
