Help STTLS verder verduurzamen

Ben jij een hbo-student met interesse in duurzaamheid, kwaliteitsmanagement en procesverbetering? Wil je tijdens je stage of afstudeeropdracht een concreet verschil maken binnen een innovatieve hightech organisatie? Dan is deze opdracht bij Settels Savenije (STTLS) iets voor jou.

Bij STTLS werken we al volgens de uitgangspunten van ISO 14001 en beschikken we over een milieumanagementsysteem. We willen echter een volgende stap zetten. Daarom zoeken we een enthousiaste stagiair of afstudeerder die onze huidige werkwijze kritisch onder de loep neemt en een vernieuwd plan ontwikkelt om ons milieumanagement verder te professionaliseren. Natuurlijk krijg je ook de kans om jouw verbeteringen daadwerkelijk binnen de organisatie te implementeren.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens deze stage of afstudeeropdracht krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en werk je samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines. Je start met het analyseren van onze huidige ISO 14001-aanpak en onderzoekt waar kansen liggen om processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig in te richten.

Op basis van jouw bevindingen ontwikkel je een praktisch en haalbaar implementatieplan waarmee STTLS de volgende stap zet op het gebied van milieumanagement. Vervolgens begeleid je – samen met je collega's – de implementatie van dit plan binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen, procedures en documentatie aansluiten op de nieuwe werkwijze en helpt collega's om deze succesvol toe te passen.

Tijdens je opdracht houd je je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het analyseren en evalueren van het huidige milieumanagementsysteem.
  • Het uitvoeren van een gap-analyse en het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden.
  • Het opstellen van een vernieuwd implementatieplan voor ISO 14001.
  • Het actualiseren van processen, procedures en documentatie.
  • Het ondersteunen en begeleiden van de implementatie binnen de organisatie.
  • Het vergroten van de bewustwording rondom duurzaamheid en milieumanagement.
  • Het adviseren van het management over verdere optimalisatie van het milieumanagementsysteem.
