As a Media Sales Consultant, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, connect with local businesses and uncover new opportunities, helping customers grow through tailored publishing and digital advertising solutions.

Based in the heart of Albany, you’ll have the opportunity to build your network and make your mark within one of Australia’s leading media companies.

About the role:

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow revenue through existing client relationships and proactive prospecting within the local market.
  • Build a deep understanding of client needs to create targeted advertising strategies and solutions.
  • Achieve individual revenue and sales targets.
  • Create tailored advertising proposals and confidently present recommendations to clients.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to advertising and sales strategies.
  • Identify, assess and manage business and revenue risks as they arise.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A customer-first approach and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective advertising solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering compelling presentations and recommendations to clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel within the local market as required.
