Nu söker vi dig som är tillgänglig inom kort för ett konsultuppdrag som ekonomiassistent till en växande koncern i Göteborg. Uppdragets längd är initialt på sex månader framåt och med en omfattning om 50-75%.

Om rollen Som ekonomiassistent får du en central och varierad roll med arbete inom både kund- och leverantörsreskontra för flera bolag. Du blir en del av bolagets Shared Service Center i Göteborg och arbetar nära dina kollegor inom ekonomifunktionen bestående av ekonomiassistenter och redovisningsansvariga. Du rapporterar till ekonomichef.

Fokus i uppdraget ligger på det löpande ekonomiarbetet och på att säkerställa välfungerande och kvalitetssäkrade processer. Du får också möjlighet att bidra med idéer kring förbättringar, system och effektivare arbetssätt tillsammans med teamet.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Helhetsansvar för kund- och leverantörsreskontra för flera bolag i olika affärssystem
  • Hantering av leverantörsfakturor från registrering och kontering till betalning
  • Matchning och koppling av inköpsfakturor mot inköpsorder
  • Upprättande och utskick av kundfakturor
  • Hantering av påminnelser och inkassoärenden
  • Löpande bokföring
  • Bankavstämningar samt avstämningar av kund- och leverantörsreskontra
  • Avstämningar av även andra konton i samband med månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut
  • Säkerställa effektiva och kvalitetssäkrade processer inom reskontraarbetet
  • Aktivt bidra till utveckling, digitalisering och harmonisering av ekonomiprocesser
  • Hantering av gemensamma funktionsbrevlådor och övriga administrativa uppgifter

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet som ekonomiassistent och är trygg i både kund- och leverantörsreskontra. Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och har god förståelse för ekonomiska flöden. Du har god systemvana och ser gärna möjligheter att förenkla och förbättra arbetssätt, utan att utvecklingsarbete behöver vara ditt huvudsakliga fokus. Det är meriterande med erfarenhet av Visma, Fortnox, Pyramid, Medius eller Rillion. Du har goda kunskaper i Excel och arbetar obehindrat på svenska. Erfarenhet från en noterad koncern är meriterande.

Övrigt Uppdraget beräknas att starta i mitten av oktober och som senast mitten av november samt pågå i sex månader framåt. Uppdraget är på deltid med en omfattning om 50-75%. Arbetet kommer till största del utföras på plats på kontoret, med möjlighet till distansarbete en dag i veckan. Detta för att du som konsult ska få de bästa förutsättningarna för att komma in i arbetsuppgifterna och bolaget så effektivt som möjligt.
