Hos Novacura får du en nyckelroll som Business Systems Consultant, där du blir en viktig strategisk partner till våra kunder. Med din expertis inom ERP-system och affärsprocesser driver du projekt framåt och skapar lösningar som gör verklig skillnad.

Du kommer att arbeta inom ditt eller dina specialistområden – t.ex. supply-chain, manufacturing eller finance – i en roll där både din tekniska och affärsmässiga förståelse kommer till sin fulla rätt.

  • Axla en ledande roll som delprojektledare och säkerställa leveranser med hög kvalitet och nöjda kunder
  • Analysera behov och ta fram relevanta lösningar inom ERP
  • Implementera och vidareutveckla lösningar i nära samarbete med våra kunder
  • Vara rådgivare och utbilda kunder i best-practice
  • Dela din kunskap och coacha kollegor i teamet
  • Arbeta med processkartläggning och bidra till att optimera kunders verksamheter

Vem vi söker

Du är en lösningsorienterad person som gillar att ta initiativ och driva arbetet framåt. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende, både hos kunder och kollegor, och trivs i en roll där samarbete och resultat står i fokus. Du motiveras av att lösa komplexa problem och ser möjligheter där andra ser hinder.

Placering: Lund eller Göteborg.

Kompetenskrav

  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis ekonomi, teknik eller IT
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av IFS (IFS Cloud är meriterande, såväl som Infor M3)
  • Erfarenhet av implementation eller förvaltning av ERP-system
  • Förståelse för affärsprocesser inom exempelvis finance, manufacturing eller supply- chain
  • God teknisk förståelse och förmåga att samarbeta med utvecklare
  • Flytande svenska samt engelska
  • Möjlighet att resa vid behov
