Ta mission

  • Définir la stratégie Cloud et l'architecture cible pour répondre aux enjeux de scalabilité, de résilience et de haute disponibilité à l'échelle de l'entreprise
  • Choisir les bonnes technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) et l'assumer : tu justifies tes arbitrages devant la DSI comme devant les devs
  • Établir les standards de conception, d'IaC et d'automatisation pour les équipes d'ingénierie, et concevoir la structure de gouvernance
  • Concevoir l'architecture de sécurité globale : IAM, segmentation réseau, protection des données, conformité — et anticiper les plans de reprise d'activité
  • Piloter la modernisation applicative (Legacy → Cloud-Native) : microservices, serverless, stratégies de migration
  • Faire du FinOps par design : concevoir des architectures économiquement efficientes dès la phase de design, analyser l'impact financier des choix techno et suivre le ROI
  • Diffuser la culture DevOps / SRE : indicateurs de fiabilité, standards d'observabilité, référent technique auprès des équipes de dev

Ce qu'on cherche chez toi

  • 7 ans minimum d'expérience, dont 3 en architecture Cloud
  • Une expérience professionnelle confirmée sur Google Cloud ou AWS
  • Tu sais te faire comprendre par les équipes techniques comme par le business — un design que personne ne comprend n'est pas un bon design
  • Tu es passionné(e) : tu fais de la veille, tu as des projets perso, tu testes les nouveautés avant qu'elles soient sur la roadmap de tes clients

Ton évolution

  • Une trajectoire au choix : Senior Staff Engineer → Senior Principal Engineer (piste IC) ou Engineering Manager
