▪️ À propos de la mission

Pour accompagner la forte croissance de notre collectif Sud-Ouest, nous recherchons notre futur Data Engineer confirmé (F/H/NB). Au cœur de nos projets clients les plus ambitieux, ton objectif principal sera de donner de la valeur à la donnée et d'imaginer des architectures de pointe, prêtes pour l'IA (AI-Ready).

Au quotidien, tu seras le moteur technique de la structuration des données chez nos clients :

  • Architecturer des pipelines data robustes avec Python, SQL, dbt et Airflow
  • Travailler avec BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka ou les outils MLOps
  • Penser Data Quality, gouvernance, observabilité et optimisation des coûts
  • Construire des plateformes de données fiables et évolutives
  • Participer à l’industrialisation des usages IA
  • Transformer des datasets complexes en produits data exploitables
  • Expérimenter les nouveaux usages de l’IA appliqués à la Data

▪️ Le profil idéal

  • Formation & Parcours : Titulaire d'un Bac+5 en informatique (Master, école d'ingénieur) ou un parcours équivalent avec une solide expérience acquise sur le terrain.
  • Expérience : Tu justifies de 4 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie sur un rôle similaire de Data Engineer, idealement dans des environnements exigeants.
  • Stack & Méthode : Tu maîtrises l'écosystème Cloud et Big Data, tu aimes appliquer les bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie logicielle (CI/CD, tests, code clean) et tu as envie de transmettre ton savoir-faire au sein du collectif.

▪️ L'ancrage Toulousain

L'agence SFEIR Toulouse regroupe une équipe à taille humaine de plus de 10 expert·e·s de haut niveau. Tu y bénéficies de la proximité et de l'agilité d'une structure locale, tout en adossant tes projets à la solidité financière et technique d'un grand groupe. Tu participes activement à la vie de la scène tech locale (DevFest Toulouse, SFEIR Talks, afterworks) et tu peux intégrer le programme AI Champions pour piloter la R&D et l'intégration des LLMs au niveau régional.

▪️ Tes conditions de travail

  • Organisation : 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.
  • Équipement : Laptop haut de gamme au choix (MacBook Pro ou Dell Precision dernière génération).
  • Package : Rémunération fixe attractive, prime de vacances, accord d'intéressement, forfait mobilités durables, mutuelle et titres-restaurant.

  2. Session Technique ("PlayOffs") : Évaluation pratique en pair-programming (Algo, Python, SQL) avec trois Sfeirians.
  3. Échange Métier & Projection : Discussion approfondie sur les cas d'usage, les missions cibles et le contexte client à Toulouse
  4. Entretien Final : Échange stratégique avec le Directeur d'Agence.
