Ta mission

  • Déploiement & Immersion — intervenir directement chez nos clients pour transformer une intention stratégique en résultat mesurable.
  • Orchestration Multi-Agents — concevoir et intégrer des systèmes autonomes avancés (protocole MCP, RAG, function calling).
  • Évaluation & Sécurité — construire des frameworks d'évaluation pour des systèmes non déterministes et garantir la sécurité
  • FinOps IA & ROI — optimiser le compromis entre performance, latence et coût d'inférence.
  • Capitalisation (Land → Expand → Abstract) — abstraire les solutions spécifiques développées chez le client en patterns réutilisables pour le reste de l'entreprise.

Ton terrain de jeu

  • Stack : Python, LangChain / LangGraph, Anthropic (Claude) / Vertex AI, outils MLOps (LangSmith, Langfuse), Docker, CI/CD.
  • Tes outils au quotidien : Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot. Notre partenariat Anthropic te donne accès aux outils et certifications avant tout le monde.
  • Des projets qui sortent : APIs GenAI unifiées, plateformes d'agents d'entreprise déployées chez nos clients au cœur de leur SI. Du concret, pas des PoC qui finissent au placard.

Ce qu'on cherche chez toi

  • Les incontournables : 4 ans minimum d’expérience Une expérience concrète de déploiement de systèmes intégrant des agents IA en production.
  • Le mindset : Impact & Pragmatisme : tu as le sens du contexte client, tu sais vulgariser face à des interlocuteurs métiers ou exécutifs. Gouvernance & Rigueur : tu refuses un code non explicable par un agent, tu encadres l'autonomie de l'IA selon le niveau de risque métier. L'esprit 10x : tu automatises systématiquement les tâches à faible valeur pour te concentrer sur l'architecture et les problèmes complexes.

Ton évolution

  • Une trajectoire au choix : Staff Engineer / Principal Engineer ou Engineering Manager
  • SFEIR Institute & C4E : formation continue et certifications (Claude Code, Dev Augmenté, Google Cloud)
  • Le programme AI Champions : 6 mois pour rejoindre notre cercle d'ambassadeurs IA et propulser ton impact, en interne comme en externe
