▪️ À propos de la mission

En tant qu'Expert & Trainer GenAI, tu t'inscris à la croisée de l'ingénierie logicielle, de la formation d'élite et du conseil stratégique. Tu es le garant de la mise en œuvre pragmatique et sécurisée de l'IA chez nos clients.

Architecture & Ingénierie GenAI

Tu concois, pilotes et déploies des architectures GenAI robustes et prêtes pour la production :

  • Model Engineering & Contexte : Arbitrage et choix des LLMs (Claude, Gemini, GPT, Open Source), optimisation des paramètres (fenêtre de contexte, context caching, system prompts) et maîtrise du Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Pipelines Avancés & RAG : Conception de stratégies de retrieval complexes (chunking, bases vectorielles, GraphRAG, hybride) et orchestration de workflows agentiques (LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, patterns ReAct).
  • Industrialisation & FinOps : Évaluation de la fiabilité (LLM-as-a-judge), maîtrise des coûts au token, guardrails de sécurité (AI Act, prompt injection, étanchéité des données) et déploiement multi-cloud (Vertex AI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).

Formation & Transmission "Développeur Augmenté" (SFEIR Institute)

Tu es le visage de l'excellence pédagogique de SFEIR. Tu conçois et animes nos parcours phares (jusqu'à 60% de pratique / labs) pour transformer les méthodes de dev chez nos clients :

  • Agentic Coding : Acculturation aux workflows de développement assisté (Specify → Plan → Tasks → Implement → Validate) via des outils comme Claude Code, GitHub Copilot ou Gemini CLI.
  • Standardisation d'équipe : Diffusion des bonnes pratiques de gestion de contexte (CLAUDE.md, règles modulaires, génération de tests) et création de serveurs MCP sécurisés.
  • Pédagogie & Regard Critique : Vulgarisation adaptative (du décideur à l'ingénieur) tout en insufflant une culture de la sécurité (code review, vulnérabilités) et du maintien des compétences en dev classique.

Conseil & Stratégie GenAI

Tu transformes des besoins métiers complexes ou flous en feuilles de route opérationnelles et à fort ROI :

  • Cadrage & Roadmap : Animation d'ateliers d'idéation, priorisation des cas d'usage (Quick Wins vs Chantiers structurants) et construction du business case pour les sponsors.
  • Architecture de Solutions : Arbitrages Build vs Buy, conception de couches intermédiaires (Context Graphs) pour maîtriser la dette technique et l'économie du token.
  • Gouvernance & Change : Accompagnement des instances dirigeantes (COMEX, CODIR) sur la gestion du risque, la conformité et la conduite du changement.

▪️ Le profil idéal

Formation & Parcours : Titulaire d'un Bac+5 en informatique (école d'ingénieur ou Master universitaire) ou bénéficiant d'une solide expérience terrain équivalente dans la conception logicielle et l'architecture système.

Expérience : Tu justifies d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience globale en ingénierie logicielle ou architecture cloud, avec une spécialisation marquée et récente en IA générative, ingénierie de prompt et orchestration agentique. Une première expérience réussie en formation/consulting ou une appétence forte pour la transmission est indispensable.

▪️ L'ancrage Bordelais

L'agence SFEIR Bordeaux regroupe une quinzaine d'ingénieurs et d'architectes seniors. Tu y trouveras la proximité et l'agilité d'une structure à taille humaine, adossée à la solidité d'un grand groupe. Tu participes activement à l'écosystème tech local (meetups, conférences BDX/IO, SFEIR Talks) et tu peux intégrer le programme AI Champions pour piloter la R&D de l'agence.

▪️ Tes conditions de travail

  • Organisation : 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.
  • Équipement : Laptop haut de gamme au choix (MacBook Pro ou Dell Precision dernière génération).
  • Package : Rémunération fixe attractive, prime de vacances, accord d'intéressement, forfait mobilités durables, mutuelle et titres-restaurant.

  4. Entretien Final : Échange stratégique avec le Directeur d'Agence.
