The posting

SFORS is a trading company where traders succeed! We trade in the global financial markets and are among the key proprietary trading players and pre-market trading leaders. Our company owes its 20 years of success in the stock market to constantly investing in talent development, trading technologies, progressive risk management models, and effective trading strategies — all of which drive trader success. SFORS operates exclusively with proprietary funds, without any third-party investments. Our team currently includes over 600 specialists, most of them traders.

We are currently looking for a Network Administrator to join our team in Dubai and support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and development of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (MikroTik RouterOS, Fortinet FortiOS) in line with approved architecture standards.
  • Manage Fortinet and MikroTik firewall rules, NAT, VLAN segmentation, and security zones (physical security networks, management, and user segments).
  • Support High Availability (HA) mechanisms (MLAG, VRRP, FortiGate HA) and monitor link redundancy to ensure continuous uptime.
  • Conduct regular network surveys, health checks, and audits to provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements and modernization.
  • Maintain and tune network monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK).
  • Configure and support centralized user authentication and access control for network infrastructure (RADIUS, LDAP).
  • Resolve network incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and keep operational documentation and network diagrams up to date.
  • Write and maintain basic operational scripts (RouterOS/FortiOS CLI) and Ansible playbooks for automated backups, line status analysis, and routine tasks.
  • Handle network-related Service Desk requests, including access permissions, DNS record changes, IP allocations (IPAM), and user connectivity issues.
  • Perform hands-on physical infrastructure work: rack mounting equipment, cable routing, patch panel cross-connections, and socket/cabling maintenance in server rooms.
  • Oversee and supervise structured cabling work performed by external subcontractors or internal teams.
  • Maintain hardware inventory, tracking spare equipment, patch cords, and passive components.
  • Monitor hardware capacity, participate in equipment budget planning for new offices/premises, and manage tech refreshes.

Required Experience:

  • Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting MikroTik (RouterOS) and Fortinet (FortiOS) hardware in a production environment.
  • Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking fundamentals: VLANs, LACP, VRRP, static/dynamic routing, NAT, and stateful firewalling.
  • Practical experience with enterprise monitoring platforms (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK/syslog) and network AAA protocols (RADIUS, LDAP).
  • Practical experience with physical infrastructure (SCS), rack mounting, patch panels, and supervising cabling subcontractors.
  • Experience handling Service Desk requests, network audits, IPAM, and inventory/procurement planning for new sites.
  • Familiarity with vendor scripting (RouterOS/FortiOS CLI) and basic Ansible for routine automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining physical and logical network stability.

Languages

  • English: Intermediate (B1).
  • Ukrainian: Native or fluent proficiency.

What We Offer

  • Competitive and performance-aligned compensation package.
  • Clear opportunities for long-term professional growth and strategic career development.
  • A high-trust, collaborative environment with a strong ownership culture.
  • Direct exposure to business decision-making with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

In Addition, We Provide

  • Corporate housing access — up to 2–3 weeks of free accommodation per year in Larnaca (Cyprus) for vacations, business trips, or work-related travel.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, including annual medical check-ups.
  • Psychological support program (up to four sessions per month).
  • Partial compensation for tennis training, gym memberships, other sports activities, rehabilitation, massages, and participation in competitions, including international events.
  • Partial reimbursement for external professional education and certifications.
  • Full access to internal educational, cultural, and entertainment initiatives, including guest lectures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
