About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Dubai office and take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for trading-related positions.

This is a key business role, as the quality and efficiency of recruitment directly impact the growth and scalability of our trading operations.

The primary focus of this role will be trader recruitment, including:

  • Hiring for the Trader Intern position.
  • Recruiting for other trading-related roles, such as Trading L&D Manager, Trading Research Analyst, Quant, and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for trading positions, from defining candidate profiles to making offers.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including paid platforms, alternative sourcing methods, and the internal talent pool.
  • Conducting high-quality interviews using behavioral indicators, structured interview frameworks, and evaluation scorecards.
  • Working with ATS, recruitment analytics, metrics, and hiring forecasts.
  • Participating in the development and continuous improvement of competency matrices for trading-related roles.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders on recruitment planning, including workforce planning up to six months ahead.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or in an agency.
  • A proactive and initiative-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in using modern digital recruitment tools and platforms.
  • An interest in financial markets and trading would be a significant advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Work format: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
  • Office location: Swiss Tower, JLT, Dubai.
