Job Summary

You will greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently, handle billing and payments accurately, provide attentive table service with upselling, and resolve complaints calmly by offering replacements. Use English and Malay/Indonesian to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming atmosphere and take orders accurately for items like Nasi Goreng and Mojitos
  • Process billing and payments using POS systems, cash handling, PayNow, and NETS to ensure smooth transactions
  • Deliver attentive table service while suggesting additional items to increase sales, such as offering extra chicken or egg
  • Manage customer complaints calmly by listening carefully and offering suitable replacements to maintain satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly in English and Malay/Indonesian to serve diverse customers effectively
